Join the founding waitlistBuild with Kyle Balmer and Natasha as we work through the process together. You'll make your own product, put it in front of real buyers and try to make your first $100.
Kyle's track record
Start smaller
Your first business can be tiny.
Nobody learning to write starts with a novel. Yet new founders routinely begin with a billion-dollar app, twelve features and six months of planning.
For this month, we choose the buyer, product and business model within tight limits. You finish faster, ask for money sooner and find out what people actually care about.
Thirty days from now
You will have something people can buy.
The sale is the goal. These are the pieces you control and finish whether the first product takes off or falls flat.
A finished product
One small digital product that solves a clear problem for a buyer you can reach.
A live link
Something real that another person can open, use and understand.
A working checkout
A simple way to take a one-off payment without building a whole ecommerce system.
A sales page
Plain copy that says who it is for, what it does and why somebody should buy it.
Real sales messages
Your product in front of potential buyers and people who can introduce you.
A decision
Enough evidence to continue, change the offer or stop and build the next one.
How the challenge works
Do one useful thing every weekday.
The lessons stay short because the work matters more than the videos. Weekends give you room to catch up and prepare.
Watch
Get the day's lesson and see exactly what done looks like.
Build
Use the lesson and guided tools to finish one concrete job.
Show it
Post the link, screenshot or message that proves you did it.
Five tiny builds
Build before you believe
Make one small thing each day with ChatGPT. They are toys on purpose. By Friday, the blank page should feel a lot less frightening.
One useful product
Make something worth buying
Use what you already know to choose one buyer, one problem and one small product. Then build the first sellable version.
A live offer
Ask people to buy it
Put up a simple checkout, find people you can contact and send the first messages. No content strategy. No waiting for an audience.
A clear next move
Strengthen it or stop
Use feedback to sharpen the offer, add proof and make another pass. At the end, follow the evidence rather than your attachment to the idea.
What you get
The information is free. You pay for help doing the work.
The public videos explain the method. The paid challenge gives you the tools, live help and pressure to get through all 30 days.
20 daily build sessions
Short briefings with one job to finish that day. Watch less. Do more.
The Shipping Gym
Five tiny projects in Week 1, adapted to your interests and experience.
AI coaching tools
Guided interviews that pull answers from you, question weak ideas and tell you what to do next.
The Small Product Method
A strict set of constraints that keeps your first product useful, finishable and cheap to run.
The First Sale System
Help finding buyers, writing direct messages, recording replies and following up.
Four live clinics
A weekly call with Kyle and Natasha to deal with the thing currently holding you up.
The WhatsApp build room
A private group for questions, daily proof and the useful pressure of seeing other people ship.
Your next-month decision
A clear continue, change or kill decision, plus the next product to test in the same market.
Who are we?
We're Kyle and Natasha.
We're married, based in Cyprus and building No Code No Clue together. We come to this from very different starting points.
Kyle · business
I've already made most of the mistakes.
I've started more than 30 businesses and hundreds of smaller projects. Most went nowhere. The useful ones taught me to find demand, build quickly and ask for the sale early.
One product began with a simple question to an existing audience and went on to generate about $500,000. I'll show you that process, including the parts that failed.
Natasha · coaching
I know what starting from zero feels like.
I'm smart, educated and completely new to building an online business. I'll be doing the same 30 days, asking the questions beginners actually have and slowing Kyle down when he skips six steps because they feel obvious to him.
Is this for you?
Come ready to build and ask.
You should join if
- You want your own business but have never shipped
- You have useful experience but doubt anybody would pay for it
- You can give the challenge roughly 30 minutes each weekday
- You are willing to contact real potential buyers
Skip this one if
- You already run an established business and want to scale it
- You want to build a complicated SaaS or marketplace first
- You only want videos to watch in your own time
- You will not show your product or ask anybody to buy it
The founding-pilot guarantee
Make your first $100 or get your $100 back.
Complete the 20 daily outputs, launch your product with a working checkout, send the messages in your outreach plan and do the follow-ups. If genuine customers have not paid you $100 by Day 30, we return your $100 programme fee.
The refund does not count as your first $100. Nice try.Questions
Before you join the list.
Do I need an idea before I join?
No. The first part of the sprint helps you find useful knowledge, people you can reach and small problems worth solving.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. ChatGPT is the default tool and we keep the first product deliberately simple. If you choose another AI builder, that is fine, but the programme will not stop to compare every tool.
Do I need an audience?
No. You will start with people, workplaces, communities and introductions already within reach, then widen the search. This first launch uses direct outreach rather than waiting for social media to work.
What sort of product will I build?
A small, one-off digital product for a clear professional buyer. No subscription, marketplace, giant course or complicated SaaS. AI helps you build it, but the product itself does not need AI inside it.
How much time will it take?
Plan for roughly 30 minutes each weekday. Some build days may run longer, and the weekends are there to catch up or prepare for the next week.
Is the $100 guaranteed?
Revenue can never be guaranteed. The founding pilot reverses the programme fee instead: complete the daily work, launch a working product and do the outreach, and if you have not collected $100 from genuine customers by Day 30, we return your $100 fee.
